OK, scenario for you:
Employee 'A' is on holiday. Employee 'A' checks the work BlackBerry and notices an e-mail detailing a problem at work.
Employee 'A' responds to said e-mail and, as a result, ends up dealing with a work query whilst on holiday.
Now, my question is, should Employee 'A's company 'refund' some of the holiday time due to the problem e-mail?
If Employee 'A' had been sick whilst on holiday then holiday can be refunded.
