Odyssey two ball putters?

I use an old taylormade rossa and found the insert a tad bit hard which made short putts a little trickier. Having said this I think taylormade have adressed this problem in the new taylormade core classic putters which have a softer insert while not being too soft as you may find with the Odyssey.

The TM putters with AGSI are a much firmer face but they do produce a good roll

My dualforce has a firmer insert than the normal one from the two ball range and so I'm getting a good feel and decent roll at the moment so I'm happy even if the putter must be 10 years old now

I had a 2-ball White Steel and had a hell of a time judging distance with it. Line was fine but the speed was all over the place Put me off odyssey's for ages. But I'm back with them now - a White Hot Tour #5. Firmer insert seems to make all the difference.
