October Open comps at Woburn

Thought it fair to let you know (now I've got my entry in) that the annual autumn Open comps at Woburn are running week commencing 24th October - only found out today.

played in the Master the Masters last year, 4-ball Stableford comp - £360 per team (we entered two teams, company paid), You need some good scorers to win.

we've just entered two teams again for this year - very good full English, shotgun start on Dukes or Marquess, then buffet style lunch.

have to say playing the Duke's off a shotgun wasn't great, too crowded, and after a while I lost track of where we were - oh look a narrow tree-lined par 4, bunkers both sides in front of the green - haven't we just played this?
