Hello fellow golfers,

My name is Lee and i am from Milton Keynes, i have been a amateur/beginner golfer for a few months now and not long ago purchased my very first decent set of Golf Clubs (Dunlop 65 12 piece Set) for which i am very happy with. I often visit a couple of local Golf Clubs in my area with my friend like going to Wavendon, Bletchley & Whittlebury. As anyone else been to these? I have also to hopefully improve my game is purchased a BN pair of Nike N2 Golf Shoes. I really do enjoy the game, but get fustrated sometimes when the game doesnt go the way i would like it to, but have been told these things do happen. I would be very happy to hear from other fellow golfers..
Cheers,
Lee

Welcome Lee. Golf is not the easiest of games but once in a while it all seems to come together and you will no doubt have days like that. Enjoy.

If the game was too easy it would get boring very easily.

Try not to get too frustrated. There'll be something to learn from each cock up if you look for it.

Enjoy

if you are not still saying this 10 years from now you will either have given up or we'll be watching you in The Open.

Welcome Lee. You have a striking similarity to Father Dougal McGuire.... :)

Enjoy the forum and enjoy the game. Whatever's up (good and bad) you can bet someone on here will want to hear and have some experience to pass on......

Lee, Welcome.

How old are you?, what do you play off?

Enjoy the forum.

Hi fella,

I am 34 years nearly 35 in May. Sorry not sure what you mean 'what do you play off'? could you or someone explain?

I am very keen to learn all aspects of the game, i do know that it will take time as they all say you cant learn something overnight.. At least theres something i can do is hit the ball.. :)

I'm sure i will learn from all you guys etc.

Cheers,
Lee
