Hello All,
Been a lurker since last year and love the forum, thought it was time to say Hi.
Pretty much check the forum out everyday and love to read the banter from you guys.
Got back into the game 3 years ago after a 10 year lay off, now well and truly hooked and try to get out whenever I can, wife, kids and weather permitting.
Handicap came tumbling down since I took the game seriously and with a good wind behind me hoping to knock some strokes off the handicap this year although the lower I get the harder the game seems. Play my golf in the North east of Scotland on Links courses and at the moment have been getting my ass kicked by the winds and not managed the buffer in my first 2 medals of the year. Hopefully when the winds calm down a wee bit I can stop the rot and shoot some decent scores again.
Oh by the way! Did I mention i got drawn from the hat for the American Golf fitting (Irons) due on Tuesday. Lol. Apologies to you regular guys that missed out,
