What a delightful experience, from the moment you turn off Woodham Lane there is an air about the place. Some may say it’s a little behind the times but given the history, it’s perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. Simple perfection.

Lots of long par 4’s, you really need to be handy with a 4i around New Zealand. The par 3’s were great, especially the 16th! I’ll let the pictures do the talking again.

Really enjoyed New Zealand when I played it. Was like stepping back in time, everything about the place was quality.

Yes still had preferred lies in the middle of june as they weren't beholden to EG. Seemed to be outside of the normal requirements but that seems to be where as increasing numbers of golfers are happy to go.

I did that meet, it was a beautiful course.

Just far, far to much heather.... looks good on a course but got to get it like Sunningdale.... in the eye but not causes big issues with the play.
