New to the forum

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and figured I'd pop my head up and say hello. I've been playing for about a year and just got myself a set of burner 2.0 irons and driver.
I class myself as a value for money player ie I get more shots for my green fees than most but I assume I'll get better at some point if I persivire.

Ha forgot to mention those things, I live in Bridgend South Wales and mostly play at Cottrell Park in Cardiff or if I've only got time for 9 holes I play at St Mary's in Bridgend as its 5 minutes away and cheep.

What's whitchurch like I've not played there yet. I haven't joined a club as lm enjoying playing different courses but I'm thinking of joining one sooner or later.

I've got a tee off booked in two weeks at St Pierre in chepstow as I was given a great offer on a 4 ball that I couldn't turn down so after buying new clubs I've now got two weeks to get used to them or resign to the fact I'll be throwing a lot of balls into the rough.
I've only had range time with them and so far I'm liking them a lot, definatly more consistent and more distance than my old set.

Like St Pierre. Fond memories from winning the GM Centenery qualifier there last year. Good course. Fair but penal if you are too far off line

I've played St Pierre a few times and like it.

Whitchurch is great. Playing about twice a week at the moment.

Hi new to the forum.

Playing at Henlle in Gobowen (North Wales) at present off a tricky 10. Can play to lower but poor mental attitude often gets the better of me after a bad shot! I'm 27 so not young, but still time to 'grow' out of it, I hope!

Primarily joined as I am looking to sell my R11 driver, couldn't believe the 100% mark-up golf bidder must be applying so hoping that both myself and a prospective buyer can do a decent deal for both of us and avoid a costly middle-man.
