Farneyman
Tour Winner
Played a medal today par 69 css70 and shot a personal best 80 11 over par playing off 13.2 for a nett 67 for a .9 cut to a new handicap of 12.3 and I had a £2 and won division 2 medal. Hope thats clear enough lol
Now to break 80.
From 18 - 12 in the last nine months and hope for single figures by Oct13 if not sooner. Also had a pb back nine with 2 birdies 5 pars and a double and a triple! Was 8 over at the turn...
I recently got a caddylite and really feel it has helped my game. Front middle back distances are helping me get closer to pins and now with shots under 100 yards I have a "bank" of distances to choose from when on the course having spent time recording distances of different swings and wedges on the practice range using the caddylite. I highly recommend doing this if you havent already. This has help change my mindset as before I didnt have any idea what shot I was playing once inside 100 yards, I just looked at each shot with no real options whereas now I have the confidence to pick a shot type and play it. I will still mishit them but at least I know if I hit it well it would have went the correct distance or close enough.
Always knew this info was important, and highly recommend doing it, but until I got the gps I never bothered...wish I had of done this years ago
Enjoying the game as always
