Can we have one just for politics and fitba? getting bored of OOB now. apart from Tashy's eclectic posts, not much to see...
 
Get rid of OOB altogether and just have a golf forum about - the shock of it - golf!!
 
Totally agree with the OP. Several threads have become almost closed shops with just the same people bitching about the same old things and never seeing an alternative point of view. I've stopped reading about Brexit, Farage, Article 50 etc as it's nothing but cheap point scoring and the same jibes being thrown about all the time

How do you know if you don't read them?
 
If you don't like a thread don't read it- but right now every single political thread does turn the same way - a battle between SILH , Doon and Delc against SR and Sweep , doesn't matter what anyone else posts it all gets swallowed up by the constant battles between them - and none of what they post is anything new. It's a shame really because there are a good number of people on the forum who are in positions to actually provide a bit more facts and post from a position of knowledge and experience
