Far too much to type here, I wrote jist of in another post but info available at www.congu.com - doesn't appear that the info is online though, it appears you have to order the book from them at £4 a copy. You could ask to borrow it from your Match and Handicap Secretary if you're a club member, he should have a few as our club got sent a pile of them so all committee members got one.
