What is the job expectancy as a manager? Longer at Celtic to be fair but elsewhere it is between 14-18 months. Giving 3yr contracts to managers when you going to be paying out half of that for nothing does not make sense. 1yr is probably too short but 2yr rolling seems a good idea to me.
