hi fellow golfers,

do any of you wear New Balance golf shoes as I was thinking of getting a pair due to my dodgy knees and I find their trainers really comfy.

thanks.

Think its mainly for the US market, same as Asics .

Mizuno do running shoes so have yuo considered their golf shoes.

I had the same issues and ended up getting Skechers in the end.

i'm not sure of the modern shoes but had some 1028 i think they were, so nice had 3 pairs had 2 spiked as cricket shoes one metal spikes the other soft, wore the toe out on both pairs dragging my back foot.

if they did a similar version in a golf shoe i would jump at them

Had 4 knee ops (2 each side) for cartilage and they just hurt like crazy
Id recommend taking a glucosamine sulphate supplement, if you have cartilage issues especially if there's next to none left. Then getting some proper orthotics made, got my first pair made when was still serving my shins, knees & ankles were just feeling battered after all that time in boots and yomping. Not sure what the cost is but they check your gait, posture then create cast moulds of your feet and you'll get a pair of custom made inserts that will ease the pressure on your knees that you can interchange into anything you wear . Your feet and knees will thank you for that more than any brand of shoe.
