I've got 10.50 tee time booked
Forecast is good and wind is lighter than normal, should be fun

It'll be carry only as we're due biblical amounts of rain today.
Going to take advantage of everyone else's hangovers....It'll get busy from 10/11....
Probably out on Monday with the Fragster....again, going to be busy.

Annual cross country comp tomorrow. The family plays this one together every year as our new year tradition. Our last one at this club, will be hoping to win for a third time.

and that's it!

Following day, only one vacant slot between 8am and 9:22am.

I might get permission for Wednesday.

It's the Bamboo cup, you play the course backwards, tee off in front of the 18th play to the 17th green etc, then finish on the practice putting green. Some very tricky holes in the middle. Hope to play but all depends on how much booze I get down me tonight?

How does that work if there is something in between the holes .
Our 15th green 16th tee has a farm house and a 300yrd walk up a stone path between them.

There's a cops of trees between the 14th and 13th at least 150 yards wide and 100 high that's a challenge and big clumps of gorse between a few other holed you have to carry blind.

Jeez ,not sure we could play from 16th green to 15th to much in the way .
It goes over a public footpath so would think safety would be an issue.
And the farm animals.

We have a comp, but because of the Scottish Golf downtime it is NQ. Proshop (and clubhouse) closed so everything done via the app.

The 2 hole comp we play is 1st to the 9th green 10th tee to 18 green and you are only allowed to use the front 9 and vise versa. Some very tricky shots
