Ours is either December or January, with fees falling due 1st April, but ours has little to decide as we pay a green fee to the course and only modest club fees.
Their is a logic to holding them after the new captain is in post as the committee should be working to his agenda, not his predecessor's.

ours was this week not had an e-mail of outcome yet but we could be in for a rise in green fees,there is a lot of plans to change the course layout and to build another lounge so will have to see what happens we pay our fees in jan
