N.s pro modus shafts

I've just purchased a set of irons with these fitted, i was looking into changing my existing shafts anyway,

The new set have the tour 120 in x flex, some reviews say not as stiff as my px 6.5's but we'll see at the weekend.

Any users of these shafts and how did they compare to your previous models ?

PX 6.5 is 5g heavier, thats quite a bit. The Modus has become a very popular shaft with strong players the last few years though.

What heads have you got on them?

I have the Tour 130 (reg flex) with Srixon Z545 heads and they are just so nice to hit

I can't really give any comparisons to my previous clubs as they were a very old set of Ping i3 with the original CFS shafts in them and they weren't fitted to me either

The only comparison I can give is that with these shafts, my dispersion during my fitting went from an average of 13yds offline with my old clubs to less than a yard offline with the Srixons

I like Nippon shafts I've had the 1150's and now got 120's stiff. But recently I tried the new 105's that are lighter then the 120's by 6.5g. I found I swung the 105 6mph quicker then the 120's. For me to get the same response out of the 120 I had to physically break my back to get anywhere near the speed of 105's.

So 120 X........... I don't think I could get the ball in the air?
