Something peculiar going on with your feet in vid 2. Lift of left heel on back-swing doesn't concern me, but the diving of the right foot on the down-swing indicates something is going wrong with your balance. You should finish in a balanced position, able to hold it with the club over your left shoulder, your weight almost on your left foot and on the toes of your right foot with the sole of that foot facing back.
