I'm quite excited! My son is getting keen on golf and has outgrown his teenager-sized clubs, so I've donated him my Macgreggor VFoil M455s, and, on a whim, as I was passing AG, popped in to see what they had in the pre-love bit, and picked up a set of Taylor Made R11 4-W plus lofted 3W. Played 4 holes before supper, and it felt nice!
The Macgreggors were literally the first thing I saw on ebay when I started playing, and they've served me well, but I did enjoy playing with something with a less chunky feel, and a slimmer profile.
Since I have a Taylor Made Driver, and Wedges, it's only my putter that isn't Taylor Made now! Unexpected brand loyalty!
Anyway - I feel chuffed, so I thought I'd share it.
