My Club driving range :(

Basically, my local driving range charges £1.50 for 15-20 balls on the range which i believe to be ridiculous as im only 16 and not the richest person, i was contimplating just picking up the balls off the range as its very quiet but then believed that, that would be frowned upon and my result in my membership being take away, i have a game tommorrow and need to practice my drives, any suggestions?

Stand in the garden swinging a club, if there is a mirror at the range, watch yourself just making swings checking your technique, !
Just practice putting... Driving for show, putting for dough
