Movable or immovable obstruction

Pre-2019 there was a Decision about the status of parked cars. As far as I recall, there were no Decisions covering parked aeroplanes.
 
If you are a qualified pilot, the keys are in it you and you can fly it out, it's movable but if you don't know your joystick from your handbrake, it's immovable. No need to panic though; it's nothing to flap about.

I don't know whether to be more amazed by the pilot (was that hop, skip and a jump past the clubhouse skill or luck?); or by the golfer who just stands there watching a plane coming in his direction and doesn't run; or to be somewhat sceptical about the remarkable chance that someone just happened to be on the spot with his phone camera on video and focused on the very place where the plane entered the scene?

What relief would you be entitled to if the aircraft landed on the putting green between your ball and the hole which was also on the putting green?
