The Mazda had a much better driving position and all round vision and comfort when I had a go in each. Oh and sorry to be a girl, the colour of the Mazda I found was a stunning red.
I prefer the styling of the Honda and not too interested in bells and whistles
Bell and Whistles are pretty much the standard:-
Others which may or may not appeal and may come as standard depending on the model
- Sat Nav
- Rear Parking Sensors
- Reversing Camera
If it were me and I had a Honda model in mind, I'd be looking at the equivalent models of the other manufacturers and seeing what I was getting for my money, then taking those out that were equal of better for a test drive and deciding from there.
- Front parking Sensors
- Auto sensing headlights
- Auto sensing wind screen wipers
- Auto dimming rear view mirror
- Auto folding wings mirrors
- heated seats
- DAB radio
- heated steering wheel
- leather seats

But the car is Japanese.......not FrenchJust more things to go wrong.
Ah...but you could follow the Highway Code which says that a flash is a warning...You are waiting to enter a roundabout that sits below an A road. The car on the roundabout flashes you, and as you begin to pull out you realise that the driver didn't actually flash you but that the auto sensing headlights came on as the car on the roundabout went under the A road...
If you need these you should be locked in the same dark room as whoever designed them.
I'm off to another thread...

Bob, a relative of mine who is VERY meticulous and knowledgeable about cars swears by Civics for economy, reliability (etc). So much so that he's currently about to buy his 3rd, having had zero issues of any type with his previous/current ones. Tends to buy them a year or two old and keep for a few years.
Only one example I know but hope it helps
You just dont turn on those things you want off. My Mazda3 and my VW van both have auto wipers, but I leave them turned off all the time as one of my pet hates is wipers running across a less than wet windscreen.I know but I don't need the car to tell me it's raining or it's dark or to warm the seat or steering wheel. If it's cold, I don't go out![]()

I ignore people flashing me out at junctions, till I feel its safe to pull out, I also wait for people who are indicating to turn left, to actually start to turn left, as they may have forgotten to turn of the indicator, or the auto cancel may not have worked and they may be going straight on.
Yes, I would ignore them too, but plenty won't and a "safety" feature that potentially introduces an element of danger isn't too clever in my view.
Can you not adjust the sensitivity level? Can in mineMy new beast has automatic headlights. They seem to be on more than not. Ooh, a cloud, headlights on. It's a very small cloud in an otherwise clear blue sky.
