Okay, got these on sale after returning 3 different pairs of New Balance shoes - I will never figure out what my size is in New Balance shoes I guess. Anyhow, cheap (Eur 55) - but they really look it. Plasticy and not particularily stylish. I tried them on and went for 9 holes - which I now regret as I can't return them. They are extremely painful at the flex point - resulting in two blisters. I tried different insoles but no luck. I will stick with them in the hope that they break in, but I am looking at 18 holes this Friday with some trepidation. May even wear my knackered Footjoys instead. Major regret buying these. Final point: they are not breathable at all, so they might be very waterproof?
