Gung Ho - to my shame....and often frequent dissapointment! But hey, i was once (almost) persuaded to lay up in a bale out area with 180 to the green with water in front just off fairway. When my partner looked on and said dissapointedly as i pulled out my 4 iron, " i see you are going for the carreeer shot then?" ..Landed smack in the middle of the green, rolled up the green at the back and turned toward the hole. YES! - Gung ho!!

Depends on the circumstances, if it's a forum meet then I'll play like a knob and just try to smash it off every tee...generally too busy larkin' about to make a serious swing or play the course effectively.... pin seeking on every hole is the name of the 'forum game', big scores often follow
