She still hasn't budged and has told me to book my leave off work that week now. Unfortunately looking highly unlikely I'll be able to play in this now. Sorry @RichA for completely cocking this up. 🤦🏻‍♂️
 
Morning all.
Mill Green on Tuesday 14th October will be bookable for visitors from tomorrow. Weather next week looks safe. Who is still up for it?
 
Sorry...missed this yesterday and been out playing today.

Yes I'm still interested as long as the tee time isn't too early as its about a 2 hour drive for me.
 
Ffs. Not come across this before and they didn't mention it when I spoke with them a couple of months ago but Mill Green will not take my booking over the phone. Online bookings only which must be paid in advance.
No offence guys but it's bad enough prising cash I've paid from my close friends, even when they do turn up, so I hope you aren't offended by my reluctance to pay out for people I've never met.
Any suggestions are welcome.
More friendly clubs that maybe better suits our locations than this one I picked relatively randomly for its central Herts location.

Thanks for your interest Nick but, with the general lack of interest and my suddenly having lots of family stuff on over the next few days, I think we should rain check this attempted meet. Sorry.

Not a problem...i understand and sympathise with your reluctance to book given the "restrictions" imposed by the club.
