One for the IT techies (or at least the IT aware) please...
I have a file (currently csv format but presumably can be converted to other formats) containing information about stuff on the golf course (lets say things like trees, seats, litter bins etc) - including the spatial coordinates of the various objects.
I'm looking for a simple and relatively cheap method of viewing that data with a phone or tablet with the info overlaid on a easy to understand base map - something like google maps or even google earth would do. Essentially, we have the data, we just need to be able to "see" it on a map.
Any suggestions as to what software (or apps if available) we should look at.
