You might have a chance with Warrington or Dunham Forest, also Walmersley near Bury seems to be open when others aren't.

Stand closed today. Got nothing referencing tomorrow yet although our BRS doesn't say it's closed. If you do try there, I think there's 3 temp greens on and a few shortened holes but the fairways on Tuesday where in very good nick considering.
