Not got a problem with that at all... it's called humour mog, a bit like your golf from what i hear!! :D ;)

Ah, that's what it is. I don't do humour.
BAH Humbug, you must be a blast at christmas!!
Over the last 12 months i've been trying to plan a longest day charity event where i play 4 courses in 1 day in England, Wales, Ireland & Scotland. A tough challenge just to get it off the ground as i need a generous helicopter pilot to assist!! ;) ;)

I'm up for a local event (not prepared to travel miles, do 4 rounds and travel miles back again). If HTL is up for another one I'll join him and any other takers. We started at 4.20 am last year but the course we had the use of waived our green fees for the day and sent marshalls out in front of us to clear the way. We were done by 6.30pm but then again we were a 2 ball as two others let us down at the last minute
Why did you stop? you could've got another round in!! ;)

Get down the road and ask JK. He might want to play too.

I didn't know he played, thought he was just into fast cars and fighting reporters!! ;)

Right back to sorting a date out. The 19th June is a no go as its Ascot week and the Golf club loses holes to helicopter landing. I can also do the following Saturday, however, HomerJ suggested that as all courses would be packed over a weekend that we could do it during the week. Im free for 6 weeks form the 1st of July, we could do it on the 2nd

HOW DOES THE 2ND OF JULY SOUND????????????

Place to be confirmed but one maybe two rounds at Ascot and then wherever we can get a good deal on a green fee after that.

19th was no good for me anyway as it's our club championship. I can do 2nd July, I'll see if my boss will give me the day off in the name of charity, if not, I'll take holiday.

I'm doing this on the 20th June at my club with the Captain, Match secretary & our lady champion.
Really looking forward to it. Nearest I've done to this much golf before is 3 rounds of golf in 1 day at Catterick Garrison and a night league cricket match straight after. That was 23 years ago however when I was in the RAF, so not quite as fit these days!! :D
