Looking for a new waterproof suit.

Proquip TourFlex

I played in what felt like a monsoon last week and I was bone dry under the suit when we finished.

Highly recommended.

its like everything else you get what you pay for,get the best you can afford whats the point in buying a wet suit if it is noisy, uncomfortable and you still get wet,try not to get a thin nylon type with the mesh inside look for last seasons bargains in the big golf sheds first i got my sunderland suit 2 years ago for £175 and it is awesome

Whatever waterproofs you buy you realise that as soon as you buy them we won't have anymore rain for weeks....

....So hurry up and buy them!

+1. Fantastic suit, as used by the European Ryder Cup team at Celtic Manor and it wasn't exactly wall to wall sunshine there!!

I'm about to order this suit from Clubhouse Golf for £130, half price.

The facts are as already stated, you get what you pay for. The best material for waterproofing and breathable is Gore-Tex but it comes at a price hence its used in Galvin Green.
However American Golf were offering a Sunice Gore-Tex waterproof suit for £200. I know it's more than you're looking to pay but it's still good value. A Gore-Tex suit for £200. I was very very tempted but opted for Galvin Green admittedly just a jacket, however I could have had a ful suit for an extra £40.
Sunice is a good make I checked into it it's Canadian where a few pros on the US tour wear it

Sunice is the only Gore-tex suit that I've ever had that's kept me 100% dry.

Not a fan of GG for their lack of customer service and two leaking jackets. My Adidas suit was superb until yesterday where I got soaked to the skin!.

Cross leaked badly, sorry my 2nd Cross suit leaked badly my first one was outstanding.

I got a Proquip tourflex half zip top and tourflex trousers (first ones ever that fitted and weren't too long) for £85 delivered from golfdepot.co.uk - absolutely topline and delivered very quickly. You might not like a brilliant lime green top and black trousers but, at that price, I soon got used to it.

proquip for me,

if your on a small budhet try sportshq, they do a woodworm waterproof set with a 2 yr guarantee for less then £50. GB72 has them and he swears by 'em.

looks good, I was seriously looking at that price but they've brought out the proquip tourflex 2012 model which just looks better unfortunately as its dearer
