London/SE either side of Ping day. (6th+8th? April)

It's looking like the 6th will be the day.
I'm equally disposed (!) to either Guildford or R.A.

I don't know how Leftie would/would not be fixed for R.A.

The plus for doing R.A. would be we could manage 3/4/5 players no worry. If Guildford do £100 4-balls and there's 3 or 5 players, it could get tricky.

I'll try to contact TonyN and send a PM or two. I've done Silvermere too much (in a previous life) so for me (us) if we are going to travel, R.A. is just as good.
 
OK its cost me a few late nights getting some info off the night shifts on the wards but I'm good for RA on the 6th if you still need someone. Not got any funds to play anywhere else but hope it helps.

HTL has just texted me and wants him and I to take Tony and Dave on if thats ok

 
If Leftie cannot do RA, and if there are no other takers, then I'll drop out and leave the four of you to it. No problem - a fourball is better than a two and a three.
 
Thats not happening Pie Man. If its the 5 of us, we will play in a 2 + 3 ball. add up the scores at the end and ill walk away with some more of your cash :)
 
Good job you haven't seen me play recently then - I was dreadful at the London Club!!

With peeps coming in, peeps dropping out, venues being changed - what's the latest?

FWIW, I'm still up for the £100 deal at Guildford if we are a 4. Can't see us getting a good deal if there are 5 or 6 of us.
 
I'm not fussed. I only offered my services to make up the numbers at Ascot and so if you guys want a 4 at Guildford, Ascot or wherever just let me know and I'll drop out. I'd like a game but not if it'll unbalance the numbers
 
It just makes comical reading. Six blokes - one day - one game of golf - one venue - so far there's been about 3,148 permutations. :o

Try and get a game at Walton Heath - one of you can pretend to be Danny W!! :eek:
