I was on a strict diet until this morning when I failed miserably and had eggs for breakfast........

Not my decision. That was younger Colch Juniors choice so it was up to him. Mrs Colch chose Creme Egg, elder Coch Jnr chose strawberry and white chocolate and this week I chose lemon and lime. Next week we're back to Mrs Colch's choice which is Baileys Cheesecake. I'm going to be coming out of lockdown 3 stone over weight and an alcoholic.

Make great breakfast pancakes with a banana mashed and mixed with 2 eggs and vanilla essence.

Also learned to make fudge, beer bread and a pretty decent lemon drizzle cake

Pickled Onion Space Raider Sandwich
You will need: 2 slices of bread. Butter. 1 packet of Pickled Onion Space Raiders.

Method:
Butter each slice of bread on one side.
Pour the packet of Space Raiders over one slice of buttered bread.
Place the other slice of bread, butter side down, on top.
Squish together.
Eat any Space Raiders that escape.
Eat sandwich.

Too much unhealthy stuff being posted... For a bit of balance... Fill your blitzer with spinach add a splash of water (I use fizzy) and blitz... Then add a cubed kiwi or half an avocado and blitz... Then add a handful of frozen fruit (I use blueberries) and a spoon of peanut butter one last blitz pour and enjoy ?...
