What's with the point 2?

The annual review was on Saturday, this was a supplementary handicap review meeting as a result of senior membership chuntering I suspect

They were very apologetic and said I'd been cut to 19, I said that's not enough, make it less! So we settled on 18.2, the handicap secretary's reasoning being 3 bad rounds and I get a shot back

Well done Phil.

It's good that you've got a cut, but it winds me up hearing stories of members asking for cuts for others who've had a good day.

Mostly these people are the ones who hardly play any qualifiers and clean up in pairs events.

Reminds me of footballers waving mock cards at the ref.
