Just got myself a bargin!

Always been abit worried about buying clubs off ebay after the whole thing the other year with all them fake clubs being sold on there but i've been after a mx700 hybrid for awhile now after trying one out at the local range the other week i thought i'd take a quick look on ebay. Found one that was desceibed as pretty much brand new and had only been used for 2 rounds and had the right shaft and loft i was looking for and it had a buy it now price of £50 so thought it was too good an opputunity to miss so i bought it.

Well it turned up today and it's prety much brand spanking new and not a fake so i'm well chuffed cause i reckon i got a bargin. Only tiny little problem is that the cover is off a 23* model not the actual 20* one that i have but thats nowt.

Hope you enjoy your bargain. I have just bought two new MX700 woods (3 and 5) for £130, and they are great clubs.

There are some good bargains on models which are about to be replaced.

Did I ever tell you all about the time I got a set of Mizuno MP-57's off eBay for the princely sum of £142.00?

Turned up and they're pretty much as new and cant' have been used more than a dozen times (the three iron had never been hit!)

No better feeling than scoring an eBay bargain!

Bozza, watch that hybrid, you will become seriously attached to it.
I bought one 2 weeks ago, have played 4 rounds with it and find it mega. The only problem I found was even from the semi rough up hill lye (I find this bank an odd time) allow for a real good contact with the ball (aim well right).
Great club. Hit it hard and long.

Been Ebaying myself, selling a lot of stuff for the house move. However got suckered into lookin at golf clubs whilst I was on there and surprise surprise took the plunge with some used irons......Nooooooooo!
Got winter golf to look forward to now I'm leaving the mountains for coastal climes plus a driving range only 3 miles from the house.
Getting a cortisone shot on Monday that I'm praying will cure the shoulder problem I've had for a year now to let me get playing properly again, this year has been a total right off golf wise.
Good old Ebay, can't beat it!

Bargain for me this week has to be my Woodworm waterproof suit. RRP £150, you wanted the one with the black top it was £60 but the one with the black and white top only £29. OK the real test will be when I get it out in the rain but is warm and comfortable so looks hopeful.

the hybrid is a fine club, I have a huge comfort relationship built up with it, and I seem to hit it good everytime.
I do have the same relationship with the MX700 3&7Woods also.
Even new they are not a weeks wages.

I also have the mx700 driver and really love it, and i can't fault my mx200 irons which i also got for a bargin at my local pro shop. I seem to be turning into abit of a mizuno fanboy!
