Anybody else catch the interview/demo on Sky with Robert Lee.

I only caught a bit.

When asked how far he hits his wedge

"About 210-220, but it's not the shortest club that I hit the longest, that's the putter"


He brings out an Odyssey two ball and proceeds to hit the ball just under 250 yards carry and 275 overall on the simulator.

Seem to remember him damaging the sky studio once whilst smashing putter in a sim😂

Had the pleasure of meeting Big Joe 3 times and he never ceases to amaze me..
Twice at Kings of Distance with Callaway and once at Wentworth on the 2014 Big Bertha fitting day.
Very approachable.
A really nice Guy.
And the putter does go that far!
And his driver's have about 4° of loft..

Was coming to say same thing... met him at kings of distance too and he’s a great big guy.

You ever had a hit with his driver?

Tried once at Wentworth.
It's nearly 48" XXXS flex.
To get it in the air you need to tee it very very high and have about a 5° angle of attack with an extreme body tilt to the right.
Managed about 180 yards.......

Ive met him a few times too and he's one really nice person, very nice to talk to and very humble BUT with a huge talent
