I've Been Grounded

I've been told no golf this weekend by HID .....

Well she has a point as I've had yet another cortisone injection to sort out my hip (trochanteric bursitis) which was a leaving present from the high octane sport of enduro. The idea is to give the injection a chance to work and hopefully sort it out, well it has been 18 months and it's effecting my golf.

Anyway, I'm at the stage where I just can't play too much golf and I was wondering what would stop you from playing?

Bad news. See my post (just) re the weather. Other than that; stuff from Dulux, Swimming lessons, shopping, etc etc :)

I feel for you. I'm the other way round. Illness stopped me from being able to play football so HID got me started on golf with lessons to cheer me up.

Given that is currently one of the few sports I can actually play properly it would take a broken leg, tsunami and stolen kit to stop me from playing!

Hope the hip heals soon!
