I spent a day chipping off old bathroom tiles ready for a new re-fit.
Bagged them up and took them to the local recycling centre
At the rubble skip I started emptying the bags.
I looked up and saw at the other end of the skip the plumber who had fitted the tiles 23 years earlier.

Rural Scotland rates......they all multi task.

It was 23 years ago and the plumbing company also did the tiling,

Just count yourself lucky that you can take the old tiles to the recycling centre. At ours they're classed as building waste and they wont accept them.

Our local recycling centre is fab, they are very helpful but at the same time they do not taking any crap off the out of town cowboys.
