Is there anyone who we all like

Natalie Gulbis, Anna Rawson, Paula Creamer and me! I'd be happy with that fourball, although i'd have to use the sat nav for all the yardages as they wouldn't be allowed! :D
 
I forgot to mention which ladies I like. Sorenstam and Ochoa as being model professionals, and very good golfers.

Not Michelle Wie, as she is an example of everything I hate in womens sport.

I could say Sophie Sandolo, but won't as that is perpetuating this idea of only admiring female sports players if they are pretty and get their kit off. A bit shallow me thinks.
 
it would be boring if we all liked someone although how could you not like freddie couples? described as a friendly labrador!

I'm not a great fan of mickleson but if he didn't stick it in the water on the short par 3 in the last round i would have to say that would have been one of the greatest rounds of golf i have ever seen.

I think its the nature of most people to warm to the seemingly friendly pro to the crowds, as well as their tallent, yet these same golfers won't be saying much to anyone when they are playing their game shots, which wouldnt go down well with most socialite golfers at local clubs:D.

Faldo is outspoken about golf and very serious looking when he plays and rarely interacts with the crowd when he has his head down playing. Maybe thats all it boils down to?

Faldo is a great and always will be, some people dont like him, some hate him, people who hate someone for playing golf and being outspoken are sad people, maybe with psychological probs? :rolleyes:

Every tour pro deserves respect for their golf and achievements, no one has to like them, but if you do, good on ya!

I like as many, as those I dont care for I have huge respect and admiration for great golfers achievements and am a particular fan of Seve, not for his social skills but for his genius on the course. I also like Faldo for what he has done for golf and his personal achievements in the game.

I could list a load for various reasons but Ive typed enough! :rolleyes:

Not Mad keen on Faldo. Never really have been.

Darren Clarke has to be my favorite golfer. From years ago I'd say Greg Norman. There are many others I could mention who come from the United Kingdom. Notice I said Uk & not England, as I don't limit myself, especially as my ancestors come from all over this set of islands & more.
