Oh yes, the cycling is the bit I enjoy most. I do despair with cleaning bikes though ? especially as Mrs F very much loves to cycle and very much loves me to clean her bike ??

Now i love cleaning my bike! Although only my posh bike, you could eat your tea off my cassette!! If there is 2watts by having a clean drive train, i am having them!! There is something therapeutic about cleaning it... an Aldi bike stand makes it a heck of a lot easier too!! bargain!!

I am, not for the first time, in awe of what people can achieve. A fabulous effort for someone in peak medical condition, never mind for someone who isn’t.

I tip my hat to you, Rooter.

I was never good in cycling due to my great weight to power ratio. But the added buoyancy made me a good swimmer ;-)
It's not fun being overtaken by 1000 people on the bike.

Talking to a guy from Texas yesterday who pointed out a guy he had been talking to. He did iron man in the USA. Flipping eck he was massive and ripped. Apparently he did well in one comp and he said as is the norm “ had the iron man tattoo” put on him.
Well done me Man
