Irish Meet, 6th April

Myself, brendy, clubchamp07 and scott are playing Massereene on 6th April.

Any other Irish forumers up for it, or indeed anyone from the mainland who happens to be over here at this time are obviously more than welcome, but please let us know on here so we can book it.

we'd love to come over but that's really bad timing for us as a couple of the boys are on off to Augusta that weekend and I have to be up at Ping in Gainsborough on the 7th

we are really keen to come over to NI for match with the NI forum boys but looking like summer time for us

belive me I need to get to the range!!!!

23 points last Tuesday in a GM golf day. I had 4 points are 7 holes so a bit of late rally but overall not very good

In my defence it was very windy and I'd had a few glasses of wine at lunchtime after a large one the night before but a bit of Vijay Singh action on the range is required

That makes 2 of us, I think I could give up almost any vice but going without a drop of the black stuff, a glass of rioja or a nice warm cognac is not even an option.

MMMM the black stuff.... Back to work. I think its time i looked at visiting the home of the best drink, see what 'REAL' guinness tastes like, and what the course's are like too.

You obviously never seen me play clubchamp07. 15 handicap for a reason, not consistent enough to get much lower, although im really hoping to knock another 2 off this year, if the back holds up.

Mike, looking forward to you guys coming over in the summer and trust me youre not the only one needing some range time.

Oh lad's it's getting closser, The bar opens at 12 so I shall book our tee time for 1.30. If you would like to have a few beer's before we go out I'll be there for 12. I hope you 3 are still up for this and I hope my game returns for it. The last I heard from my game it was somewhere on holiday.

Cough * 9 Cough* at the moment full handicap due to a shat last year but the winter season and last couple of rounds out on the full course this week says different!
No alcohol for me matey as im driving but will be there for a coffee and a bacon sarnie if its available.

Well, I've just recovered from yesterday. The weather was nice and the craic round the course was fantastic. At one moment we thought we had lost Scott,13th I think it was, he was running out of finger's. Never mind Scott we won the money. I knew smange was a bandit, straight as an arrow, if only he could putt like me, lol. Brendy had a hard time counting to 1 after the 9th as he thought they had halfed the front 9, but good old Scott weighed in with a shot. I think we all lost a ball at some stage of the round, where smange's ball went on the 3rd is a mistery. I shall post my picture's later, some good ones taken.
