iPad 2 help please

I got one for Xmas and if I go on you YouTube the buffer speed is very slow like it took ten mins to buffer a 11 second part for me

Probably nothing to do with the Ipad itself but your connection speed. What you using? 3g or wireless?

yup, its your router, are you wireless?
whats the signal strength like (top left of iPad)?

DNS servers have also been known to cause problems with Ipads.

You will prob get better performance accessing YouTube thru Safari rather than the YouTube App

Safari crashing all the time is the thing that bugs me about iPad. Seems to happen more with forums but still happening on other sites too
