Hi all,

I have just become aware of these in the last little while. Are they special? They seem expensive but make some interesting claims.

I am interested in opinions of users.

thx

Alex

I had an Iomic grip fitted to my putter (Bettinardi) and thought it was excellent. As you say not cheap, but cheaper then the SuperStroke 2.0 slim I've had fitted to my Scotty last night.

No experience of the iron/wood grips though.

Munro007 has them through out his bag (.... or used to). Iomic stickys I believe.

Maybe be worth a PM?

Very expensive and not great in the wet was my experience. Much prefer the GPMC's or Z-Grip.

Shame, that's kinda the end of my interest then, they have to do both wet and dry.... Unless.... How do you think HID will react to me having a sunny and rainy day set of clubs.... :)

Maybe put one on your driver or something to try.

I hated them. I only had it on my hybrid to try but it was terrible when it got wet. It fealt "slimey" when wet. I have a friend who has them on all his irons and loves them. He claims a rub with a towel and they're perfect again but that wasn't my experience.

You might like them, I guess I just like a bit of cord!

Yep, me too but I practice a lot and shred though multi compounds.

I love my iomics and find that a quick rub with a towel when wet restores the tackiness, BUT.....

If you shred multicompounds (what on earth do you do to them??!!!?) iomics are absolutely no good to you - in my experience they wear twice as quick!
