Interesting dilemmas if combining Stroke Play and Match Play

This is not a real life example, but was randomly thinking about forming both forms of play and what may happen in particular scenarios. Given winter knockouts have been delays, players may be more encouraged to enter General Play rounds under WHS, etc. I can see players wanting to combine both forms. I know it is discouraged, but Committees can permit it. So, assume in each case the Committee has allowed both forms to be played in same round.

Scenario 1.
A v B in Winter knockout matchplay. Player A also wants to hand in a general play round (or even a competition round if one is on). Player A goes out of turn, and sticks ball next to pin, thus piling the pressure on Player B (or holes out when playing out of turn). 6C(12) says that there is no option to recall a shot when playing out of turn when combining both form of golf. So, although Player B is not playing stroke play, has he simply lost his match play right to recall the shot by permitting Player A to play stroke play?

Scenario 2 (General)
When general penalties apply, would there be loss of hole penalties, or would they all become 2 shot penalties? I was thinking there could be a loss of hole penalty, but for the stroke play score a 2 shot penalty applied. But, then thought would the loss of hole penalty simply become obsolete if 1 or both players were playing stroke-play as well (assuming the penalty applied to the guy playing strokeplay if only 1 of them were doing that).

When players request to combine match play and stroke play

If a Committee chooses to allow players to play a match while competing in a stroke-play competition, it is recommended that the players be advised that the Rules for stroke play apply throughout. For example, no concessions are allowed and if one player plays out of turn, the other does not have the option of recalling the stroke.

When players request a ruling having combined match play and stroke play

If the Committee is asked for a ruling when players have combined match play and stroke play, it should apply the Rules of Golf as they would apply to each of match play and stroke play separately. For example, if one player did not complete a hole for whatever reason then he or she is disqualified from the stroke-play competition for a breach of Rule 3.3c. But, for Stableford, Maximum Score and Par/Bogey see Rules 21.1c(2), 21.2c and 21.3c(2) respectively.
