I once spent a couple of hours with Tip Anderson and his man when he was choosing his new set of Dunlop Gold Circle irons.
He was not too impressed with them!
He had six identical made to measure sets [54 clubs] to choose from. He selected 9 clubs then spent over an hour bending and bashing them about.

Buyer beware...they are not that rare and all will have been 'played'.
