Totally agree. The stands were really lacking at the Irish open and the tented village was tiny. By rights the open would need to take over part of the caravan park to have adequate room. The fact the 1st tee box and club house are right beside the 18th green really limits options for grand stands. A bit of major redesign would be required to make it a true Open venue.
