The Pub, nice and easy one to remember.
Id be serving Guinness, Magners (and Kopparberg) and Stella Artois, all nice and cold. Id only serve Beef and Guinness pie, cod and chips or chicken in beer batter and sautees. None of this faffy gastro stuff that wouldnt fill the hole in your tooth.

Id also think about brewing my own home brew and calling it "responsibly", that way you get free advertising from all of the other manufacturers every time they put an advert on the telly and everyone is drinking responsibly!

Serving lite beer, ( whatever that actually is ) a fruity little Chardonnay, and a full range of shots.

Wouldnt bother with ale, no-one drinks it on holiday anyway.
