If you could...

Just make sure you type S&T and not S&M. It is actually an interesting concept that James (justoneuk) took the time to explain to me. I can definitely see some potential to it and I might invest a bit of time in the winter following up on it further

I've had a look briefly. Are they trying to say to turn the hips rather than slide them?? I get the impression that the old style is to 'push' the hips from the right hand side to the left on impact and the new style is to turn the hips and pivoting if that makes sense?

To those thinking of the stack and tilt...i wouldn't.
The reason that I use stack and tilt was to cure a specific problem.
If your game is fine, but just needs tweaking, completely changing your swing is not the answer.
When I switched it was if I was starting out golf again and I had to write of the previous year and a half of learning the traditional swing.

If you are new to golf then yes by all means, but if you have more than 3 years under your belt I would seriously give it some thought as it will take at least a year to get any form out of it.
(Admittedly now that I'm a proponent, I look at the traditional swing as overly complicated and unnecessary)
