If you could cobble a swing together.....

Some really interesting lists. For me

1.Driving = Westwood
2.Iron Play = Faldo
3.120 Yards and in = Mickleson
4.Short Game (Greenside) = Seve
5.Bunker Play = Player
6.Putting = Woods (pre-marital indiscretions)
7.Temperament = Rose

1.Driving = Westwood
2.Iron Play = Hogan
3.120 Yards and in = Donald
4.Short Game (Greenside) = Seve
5.Bunker Play = Player
6.Putting = Donald
7.Temperament = Watson

Driving - Poulter (not the longest, but not short and good accurate)
Iron Play - Westwood (no more consistent long iron striker of a ball)
120 Yards and in - Donald (solid, going to be putting for birdie from less than 15 ft a lot)
Short Game (Greenside) - Mickelson (genius)
Bunker Play - Mickelson (genius)
Putting - Brad Faxon (never seen a more consist and effective putter)
Temperament - Tiger (ruthless, wins so often from leading positions)

Apologies for my severe disregard for the English language in this post. Was rushing out of the door at work.

Still think Tiger has the best mental game in the world. The stats on his win % from leading positions are frightening.

Driving; Greg Norman
Iron play; Ben Hogan
120 yards & in; Lee Trevino
Short Game; Severiano Ballesteros
Bunker Play; Gary Player
Putting; Ben Crenshaw
Temperament; Nick Faldo

Could equally have had Tom Watson of Jack Nicklaus for temperament.

Looks like I'm showing my age here....... :mad:
