Poulter has come under a great deal of criticism from Faldo and Critchley is recent weeks for he`s lack lustre approuch to he`s golf with too much tweeting and concerning himself with building a house and he`s clothes company when he should be concentrating on he`s game.A few years back Poulter was then criticised for he`s outrageous clothing he would wear and the same things were said that he didnt apply himself enough to he`s game. Why is it that Poulter seems to get all the flack? he`s come from being an assistant pro at Chesfield Downs Golf Club were had to pay a green fee(unbelievable!) that he couldnt afford which kept he`s handicap at 4,worked all hours in the pro shop to become a great world player.Leave the bloke alone and stop giving him flack for doing it he`s way.Was critchley ever the 5th best player in the world........rant over ;) .

I am becoming a big fan of the bloke. His Tweets are really interesting and he is not affraid to say what he thinks. His comments over the lst few days whilst he has been recovering from Pnemonia have been top drawer. He adds character to the game and would be the last person I would want to face in match play.

Add to that the fact that IJP Designs made a great donation to the Help 4 Heroes day.

I really like the bloke

As he can't do anything laid up wuth pneumonia I don't see what the issue is. Yes, he's got a lot of outside interests with the new baby, building the house, his golf gear etc but is it that much different to Faldo when he was working with Pringle and designing golf courses while still playing.

I like the guy. He adds some colour to the game (not just his clothes) and its refreshing to see someone call it as he sees it without it going throug a team of PR experts first. Some of his banter with Westwood and others is savage

He's building a business for when he retires. I make that logical thinking. Market it off your own success while your at the top. Fair play to him.

I really like the bloke also... If for no other reason he supports the right team :D...

He has already achieved a great deal in the game...

Just feel with a bit more focus he could achieve a whole lot more...

He's my favourite golfer and wish him a speedy recovery from his bout of pneumonia.

I'm a big fan of poulter because he's different, the banter him, westy, Luke, Rors and GMAc have is priceless. Being on tour with those guys must be brilliant

I like him to a degree but sometimes his moaning at spectators ont he course does seem a bit extreme. I mean if a mouse was to fart while he was about to tee off he would stop and winge etc...I like some of his fashion lines and he is outspoken and not afraid to go against the grain.

Dont like him......way overrated as a player.

Too obnoxious, arrogant and a lousy sense of style for my liking.

Sure, he had a good 2010 but where is he now, falling like a stone in the rankings.

I like him and he's a great matchplay player. He was obviously suffering from his illness over the past month or so which led to his poor showing.

His IJP Design gear is very good and I ave bought 4 or 5 of his shirts. His Tweets are fun to read most of the time

A tad harsh, I think he has won each and every year except maybe once or twice. He is one of the top 5-6 English golfers over the last decade.

I do like him and enjoy watching him play, and when his putter is working Id rate him one of the best in the world.

I Rate Him
And Like Him
The Guy is Different .......... He has a PERSONALITY , unlike some.............

Sure hes worn some 'Poncy' Gear in his time, but somebody like Poulter is good for the Game
A break from the Norm, down to earth guy, whom Im sure was responsible for attracting some of the Younger Generation to the Game of Golf

Top Man

I like him...

TBH, he can't win. If he put golf before his house, family and newborn child everyone would be calling him a total Richard Cranium.

If he puts his family, house and business before golf he becomes a bad professional.
