i do like a happy ending

arranged a game with my mates at sutton hall 2 weeks ago for sunday 12th feb i been practicing hard at lee park in the frost an cold an was really lookin forward 2 the game at sutton hall with the lads from work as i had been hittin the ball well in practice. Well after 8 holes my chin was on the floor an my morale was as low as a snakes balls. i hit every tree possible on the front 8 holes topped about 10 shots an was a general embarrasment. fortunatley i hit a good tee shot on the 9th an ended up having a decent last 10 holes an came off the course with a big smile on my face after parring the long par 4 18th. funny old game in it.

after a not so good round its always great to finish on a high, helps you forget all the dross from the other 17 holes.

is sutton hall near frodsham? if its the one i'm thinking of i was treated like a leper at this c**p hole,we played a interleague comp finished late and they closed the club house with 4 groups still on the course because the steward had tickets for the footy!!!! so no drinks or food after the game and the course was sh*t.
