You need to take a routine drop, but the stakes are high. You pull out your cell-piece to summon the assistant club pro (same one you clashed with earlier at the practice facility) to the farthest point on the course to give you a ruling. You refer to him as “Slugger” and take an inordinate amount of time getting the proper drop. Meanwhile, the rest of your group has finished the hole.

I went for a club twizzle once, It slipped through my grip my hands could not get any purchase on the shaft and the club head bonked me on the nose and chipped a piece of bone off.

I also remember chipping in on a par three a couple of hikers who had stopped to watch gave me a little round of applause. I was not wearing a cap but I tipped my imaginary one and got a few chuckles for my effort.
