How Did I do - Problems

After shooting a net 80 in the first comp this year I received an email from HDIDO showing a 0.9 handicap reduction. There were no net adjustments to be made to my score that would account for this. The club says a previous software issue meant I was 0.9 above what I should have been, but that does not show in my copm score history. Anyone else had a similar problem with HDIDO ??

HDID only deals with the data that the club submits Best to double check at your club first.

I'm currently doing that, I've supplied every comp score since 2007 (sad I know) showing the gradual rise in my handicap. They are reviewing this, but seemed inclined to believe in software errors rather than the actual scores. What they cannot show me is where my handicap increased by 0.9 to have created this situation.
