Hotel Near Hillside

Just realised that the Hillside meet is only a few weeks away. Can anyone recommend a nearby hotel as will probably stay the night before.

your best bet is to ring the southport tourist board,it all depends on you budget as there is a good range of b&b's upto very trendy 5* hotels,if my memory is correct there are a few pub in BIRKDALE that do rooms,i don't think you will have a problem getting a room and i would just turn up and knock on doors as the current state of the economy in SOUTHPORT is dire( we have just closed one of our shops there)

Depends what you want to pay, Ramada Plaza is pretty good, £59.50 night before room only. The Royal Clifton is a Best Western which generally are decent but a bit old, £49.00 room only.

You could stay in the Holiday Inn Express in Knowsley which aint too far out for £44.96 which will include basic breakfast (continental style plus scrambled egg and sausage).
